DELIVERY At Pure and Gentle SkinCare LLP we take pride in processing
your order as quickly as possible. Our aim is to deliver your products to you
as follows:- within 4-5 working days if you live in the UK within
8-10 working days if you live anywhere else in the world. In the event
of an unforeseen delay we will advise you immediately. If your order
has not arrived within the time we specify, please contact us with your order
reference and we will provide you with a progress report. You will find your order
reference number on the order confirmation email we send you when you placed your
order. Please note that, where possible, it is our policy to use
recycled packaging materials. We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
We use recycled boxes as outer packaging, recycled tissue paper to wrap your products,
and shreadded paper for packing around your products. POSTAGE
UK Postage Delivery is either by Royal Mail First
Class or Second Class. A signature may be required. Postage and packaging costs
will be at a flat rate of £3.95. Postage will be free for orders over £90.
Overseas Postage European Union
Delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail. A signature may be required on delivery.
Postage and packaging costs will be calculated according to the weight
of the product(s) you are purchasing. This cost will be clearly displayed at the
Checkout. This delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or
customs tariffs that may be levied on importation. These charges must be paid
by the consignee. Rest of the World Delivery
is by Royal Mail Airmail. A signature may be required on delivery. Postage

VISA Debit RETURNS POLICY You have the right to cancel
your order for a full refund from the date of the contract and up to 7 working
days from the day after you receive your goods. You do not need to give a reason.
But you must return the goods within 10 days of receipt. The Distance Selling
Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within
7 working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing
by letter or email. Should you cancel your order, any refund will be
sent out to you within 30 days of any returns. We request that you return the
goods to us at your own cost. You must ensure that the goods are returned to us
using a recorded delivery service or proof of posting. The goods must be returned
to us in an unused condition. This does not effect your statutory rights as a
consumer. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or
because it is defective, we will be happy to offer you a replacement product or
a full refund. If you choose to take a refund, we will also refund the delivery
charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning your order
to us. To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the
return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In
the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault

will be shipped directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor. In the case

delivery address will be disclosed to that manufacturer, and disclosed for the
fulfilment of that order only. From time to time we may use the information

card information anywhere on our networks). We will never collect sensitive
information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information
which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy
and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA
(European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We
may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
