DermaSilk Children's Pyjamas

These pyjamas are made of special knitted natural silk which has been bonded with Microbe Shield technology. It is far superior to cotton underclothing because it is capable of maintaining a stable body temperature and it retains up to 30% of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp.

It rapidly reaches body temperature and then maintains a stable moisture balance on the skin whether it’s worn on warm or cold days. 

Used as part of a normal treatment programme, DermaSilk helps reduce the terrible 'itch – scratch’ cycle.
