If you have have oily skin you will need to use soap-free products that are pH-balanced. 

Tone - Facial toners improve the skin’s texture when applied to oily skin after cleansing.

If you have dry skin then use and alcohol-free facial toner.

Moisturise -  If you have outbreaks of pimples, spots and blackheads then try a light, oil-free moisturiser.

Always use upward and outward strokes to apply your moisturiser.
