When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods, services. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, PGS is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at PGS expense.

Orders may be shipped directly from PGS to you, or directly to you from the manufacturer or UK distributor. In the case of your order being shipped directly from the manufacturer, only your delivery address will be disclosed to that manufacturer, and disclosed for the fulfilment of that order only.

Please not that Dermatherapy and Dermasilk products cannot be returned if opened unless the item is faulty this is because of hygiene policies given to us by the manufacturers.
