Pure and Gentle SkinCare LLP (PGS) will attempt to ensure that the contents of the web site are accurate and current at the time they are published but PGS may change, modify, supplement or withdraw the web site contents at any time. PGS takes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the website content. PGS may withdraw products from the web site at any time and may change product prices at any time.

It is a condition that the person(s) accessing, browsing and/or using the PGS web site accept that PGS will not be liable under any circumstances for any action that may be taken by any person(s) relying on the information on this web site or using any service which is accessible using this web site.

PGS assumes no liability for the content of any other websites that may be accessed from the PGS web site.

PGS excludes all liability whether in contract, tort (including liability for negligence) or otherwise for the accuracy, suitability, quality or completeness of any content or goods and services, available on or through using the PGS web site. To the extent that PGS is prohibited at law from excluding its liability. PGS limits its liability to the extent permitted by law to resuppying materials or goods or the relevant service as the case may be.

PGS reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Such variations will become effective immediately upon publishing the new Terms & Conditions on the PGS web site. By continuing to access of use the PGS web site, you will be deemed to accept all such variations.

All requests for supply are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees, warranties or representations made as to delivery times on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to the postal delays or force majeure. PGS is entitled to refuse any request made by you. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods, services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, PGS is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at PGS expense.

Orders may be shipped directly from PGS to you, or directly to you from the manufacturer or UK distributor. In the case of your order being shipped directly from the manufacturer, only your delivery address will be disclosed to that manufacturer, and disclosed for the fulfilment of that order only.

The content of the PGS web site is not a substitute for medical advice, and is for the purpose of general knowledge only. If you have any medical queries or concerns you are advised to seek medical advice from your GP/doctor of specialist.

Product ingredients are displayed so that site visitors may choose products more carefully. PGS obtains product ingredients lists from product manufacturers and PGS does not independently test or verify the accuracy or completeness of such lists. PGS does not warranty that product ingredients lists are accurate or complete and does not accept liability for any inaccuracy. You are urged to read product labels carefully on receipt of your order, and to conduct a patch test at least 24 hours before applying the product to larger areas. If you are in any doubt about a product, you are advised to consult your GP/doctor or specialist.

Faulty goods must be returned to PGS within 10 days of receipt. In the event that a product is damaged or faulty, PGS will refund the original product price via the original payment method. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, PGS will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once PGS receives the return. Products that were purchased in conjunction with a promotion and were subsequently delivered with a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased.
